The building is a large office complex, with Mercy College nearby. We’re close to a few ball fields, notably the Parkchester Little League Field and the Van Nest Little League Field.
Most people access our building by driving down Waters Place, opposite the complex from Hutchinson River Parkway.
Getting to Our Office By Public Transit
The nearest bus stop is about a 9-minute walk from our office, at Pelham Pkwy and Stillwell Avenue. There’s also a stop about an 11-minute walk away at Marconi St/911 Call Center.
If you’d like to call an Uber or taxi, you can have them drop you off at the front of our building at 1200 Waters Place, Suite 306. There’s also a Zipcar car-sharing location at the edge of the parking lot.
